The mission of Facilities Management is to deliver electrical, mechanical, maintenance, energy management, fire protection, horticultural, custodial, technical, training, project management, safety and building renovation services for state owned buildings in the most efficient manner.
Facilities Management maintains and operates 88 state public buildings owned by the S.C. State Department of Administration and other Agencies. These include the State House and Capitol Complex Office Buildings, Columbia Mills Building (State Museum, DHEC, Confederate Relic Room and Military Museum), Department of Health and Environment Control, Department of Employment and Workforce, Department of Social Services, and the Governor's Mansion. These facilities are cared for under a preventive maintenance program developed by Facilities Management.

Your problem/issue information will be entered into the work order system with your contact information.
After Hour Calls:
A caller placing a call for service to the Computer Room at 734-3410, 734-3528, or 734-3308 will be transferred automatically at 6:00 PM until 5:00 AM and on weekends (holidays) to the emergencies call service number 1-888-927-4659.
For Emergencies call 1-888-927-4659. This after hour services will contact the on call Techs. IF not Emergencies E-MAIL WOReq@admin.sc.gov. Your problem/issue information will be entered into the work order system with your contact information.
Facilities Management consists of teams that deliver a variety of building and related services. Each team has a leader who works with team members in the field to be sure that jobs are performed promptly and accurately. Facilities Management is one of the Service Centers that make up the Division of Facilities Management and Property Services.
