X Create OneDrive service documentation and document processes related to OneDrive service. X Provide OneDrive service setting security baseline. X Define Agency OneDrive acceptable use policy. X Provide OneDrive training content via Evolve 365. X Deploy OneDrive policy to manage sync. X Deploy and support OneDrive desktop and mobile app (Premium workstation customers). X Deploy and support OneDrive desktop and mobile app (Standard workstation customers). X Assign Agency OneDrive champion(s). X Support the Agency OneDrive champion(s). X X Manage OneDrive storage. X Monitor OneDrive storage and perform storage increases as needed. X X Train users on how to manage their OneDrive storage via Evolve 365. X Maintain separated employee data available for up to 30 days and automatically delete after the period expires. X Retain separated employee data per the Agency-defined retention policy. X Work with agency and Microsoft on escalated OneDrive support incidents. X Agency IT Contact provides support and guidance to all groups within the agency. X Agency IT Contact escalates tier 2 issues to the DTO Service Desk. X DTO will coordinate escalation of tier 3 issues to Microsoft.
