Directs, develops and assesses the major administrative/business management operations of a large academic or administrative unit at an institution. Advises the president, vice presidents or deans on matters related to the administrative/business management activities; develops, implements and assesses administrative policies and procedures. Participates in executive level review and allocation of an academic or administrative unit financial and personnel resources; monitors budget trends and adjusts allocations as needed to meet the units best interests; ensures compliance with state and federal laws, rules and regulations. Participates in strategic planning and assessment to align unit with the institutionメs mission and goals. Directs special projects and assignments; prepares special reports for the president, vice president, deans, etc.

A bachelor's degree and relevant experience in administrative services, public administration, business management or related field.
