Fleet Safety Program
The Fleet Safety Team manages and administers the South Carolina Fleet Safety Program to ensure the safest possible operation of the state's motor vehicle fleet.

Elements of the fleet safety program include:

Checking motor vehicle records of current and potential state employees.

Agencies may contact the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV) and inquire about their Employer Notification System (ENS).

Monitoring and reporting accident data.
Fleet Safety Training
State Fleet provides driver training primarily for Department of Administration employees and pre-approved agencies. If your agency requires this training to comply with the South Carolina Fleet Safety Program, please email fleetsafety@admin.sc.gov to discuss available options.

Upon registration, confirmation will be sent to the attendee’s email. Seats are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Eight (8)-Hour Certification
March 17 : ***CLASS FULL*** Virtual Class — Full Day (Time: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.)
April 21 : Virtual Class — Full Day (Time: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.)
May 19 : Virtual Class — Full Day (Time: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.)
June 23 : Virtual Class — Full Day (Time: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.)
Four (4)-Hour Certification
March 19 : Virtual Class — This is a refresher training class. Training time is 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
April 23 : Virtual Class — This is a refresher training class. Training time is 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
May 21 : Virtual Class — This is a refresher training class. Training time is 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
June 25 : Virtual Class — This is a refresher training class. Training time is 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
