Provides support to the Operation Unit. Updates internal operations procedures documents. Assists with resolving operational issues. Store, file, and retrieve documents and reports. May perform some general office duties. Prepares and arranges data for entry into the computer. Checks input and output data for completeness, accuracy and discrepancies. Maintains logs and spreadsheets for all office activities. Coordinates the collection, formatting and editing of data for management information reports. Ensures accuracy and completeness of data. Provides user training and assistance.
Ability to organize and schedule work flows. Ability to generate reports and monitor data output. Ability to communicate with user groups. Ability to train and assist staff in use of systems.
A high school diploma and work experience in collecting, scheduling, processing and reporting information in a data processing environment.
