Facilities Management maintains and operates approximately 53 buildings which include the State House, Capitol Complex Office Buildings, the Governor’s Mansion and other buildings in the Columbia area.

The Executive Budget Office is responsible for the disbursement of the Savannah River Site Litigation Settlement Funds as allocated via the FY 2022-23 Appropriations Act, Proviso 118.19 (72). Counties in which the projects are located must submit a written request for funds appropriated in the county to the Executive Budget Office. Prior to the disbursal of funds, the Executive Budget Office will report each request for disbursement to the Joint Bond Review Committee and the legislative delegation representing that county.
